Sample Bistro Cafe isn't your average coffee shop. Named after the historic samplebistro that once stood nearby, we've embraced our quirky heritage and turned it into something special — a cosy, character-filled space where everyone's welcome.

Everything we serve is made fresh in our kitchen, from our legendary full Welsh breakfasts to our indulgent homemade cakes. We source locally wherever possible, supporting Pembrokeshire farmers and producers.
